Most photo returned within 24 hours or less. Occasional obstacles could
create a delay (highly unlikely)

I will measure all the main rooms for you. saves you the hassle of doing it yourself
You sell houses, I'll do the busy stuff
Virtual Tour - $30
I will create a virtual tour from the photos in a Slide show format.
2 versions - Branded and unbranded. Music added at no extra charge upon request

Day to Dusk - $10/photo (You only need 1)
Sky replaced with a beautiful sunset. Color enhancement to make it look realistic. Add lighting to the interior. Turning a photo from day to dusk will enhance your listing. It will stand out from the crowd.
Virtual Staging - $28/room
Fill empty rooms with furniture.
Aggressive Item Removal – 3 or more items- $15/photo
Remove excessive clutter from an important room. Typical of basements, laundry rooms, garages, excessive cars in front of the house.
Home Preparation
All rooms should be neat & uncluttered. I can photograph the home with or without the realtor being there. I am willing to tidy up a room. If I determine that a room is overly cluttered, I cannot photograph it.

Photos are delivered via an e mail link.
Photos are stored on my servers for 30 days.
Payment
You will receive an email to my proofing site. The photos will have my watermark. If you approve of the photos, use the payment tab. Pay for the photos and you will receive all of the photos via an email link in minutes. Photos are delivered at 6MB or less for easy upload.
